Decision (Dustin): Founders Waterproofing LLC becomes its own first-class account, deliberately OUTSIDE the JES/Groundworks hierarchy. Not a UPR catch-all project: full config registration so project IDs, cert routing, and invoice routing all work without per-send overrides.

Dustin Fri 2026-07-24 3:30 PM ET; status Field Complete. Certifier:
Valerio MD PE #16657 (Harford = MD fallback). No customer number
(Founders has no numbering scheme — no-client-identifier cert path).
Commit: entirely-api ebc67cc (config registration, pushed).
Closed out 2026-08-10: photos + ABSoW confirmed, cert v1 delivered to
Christal (permits@) same day, invoice v1 sent to Tyler — project status
Invoiced. Preflight needed the s_no_client_identifier flag (Founders has no
numbering scheme — same path as BAL-9004). Remaining: payment.

Footer spec correction (Dustin, 2026-08-10): footers must be called out
as AG-CO FootingPad Model FP-24 at 30 in. depth below grade. SOW notes
JSON + PLANS/footer_specs.json updated; cert pipeline gained SUP-COL spec
keys depth_in + manufacturer (entirely-api 726273c) so pad footers
render an explicit depth instead of fabricated aggregate/CIP frost-depth
defaults, and the cert’s manufacturer line reads WFP (Walder Foundation
Products) Adjustable Screw Pier (Dynamic Post) @ 25,000 lbs yield (ECS test
03:14835) instead of the Supportworks IntelliJack / 24,000 default.
