Session 2026-07-17 — Stephaney “Missing Certs” sweep (42 rows)

Stephaney’s 2026-07-16 email listed 42 unique projects with “NEED CERT FROM BH”. Full sweep across Supabase, pms.db, /data/projects, and all archive volumes.

Outcome

  • 22 deliverable — links verified 200 and emailed to Stephaney 2026-07-17 (msg 19f702c12eaf03b9, CC Dustin). Two archive recoveries hosted on mostly.rip: 1695 Rudolph Ln (blackhouse.mostly.rip/calvert/2421526.pdf, from anomaly archive) and 99 Brookside Pl (soilandstructure.mostly.rip/charles/MIR-200082.pdf, S&S-branded — never regenerate under current stamps).
  • 13204 Fort Washington (blkhse.534841) — cert had transposed address (13402); county permit + plans say 13204. Project address fixed, cert regenerated + verified, PDF emailed to Dustin for review (19f702c526397a77). Public URL now serves corrected version.
  • 9603 Flower Ave (blkhse.45832) — cert on file was a hollow shell (0 products, cust 0000, no permit; never sent). Fixed customer→572881, permit→1139183. Hollow cert dot-prefix-voided + unregistered. Scope per invoice INV-42201: wall anchors + push piers, 1 prod day each. Regen pending SOW rebuild (portal Reparse) + pier logs (PIERLOGS empty). Proxmire misfile deduped out of its PERMIT_PACKAGE (identical copy already in blkhse.551082).
  • 191 Wankoma (blkhse.539013) — cert_status wrongly “Approved” with no cert anywhere; corrected to Not Started (allow_backward manual correction).
  • 5105 Acorn — validation READY but held by Dustin: needs pier logs before generation.
  • 10 legacy rows (2019–2023) — no cert ever existed anywhere; routed to PPDR desk-review flow via Stephaney. Bonus: 311 West Ave permit recovered (AP # R-2411280) + JES 7-IntelliJack plan from Dec 2021 emails.
  • Oddballs: 7302 Good Luck Rd requested Aug 2025 but never became a project (needs intake; distinct from certified 7214 Good Luck); 22415 Point Lookout Rd — zero trace, likely never sent to us; 1695 Rudolph “Electrical” is JES’s electrician’s cert, not ours.

Code/infra changes

  • entirely-api 3cf314c — worker.py task_batch_cert_validate treated the validator’s list return as a dict; every async batch validation had been failing with “‘list’ object is not a mapping”. Fixed, deployed, verified.
  • Latent bug found (unfixed, chip spawned): POST /queue/enqueue cannot pass a kwarg named “function” → task_run_service is un-enqueueable via the API (Sentry-patched arq enqueue_job collision).
