Invoice Bill To — direct Unlikely Pro clients
Decision (2026-07-08, entirely-api 69370a7): build_invoice_context in
services/invoice_service.py now renders the property owner’s name as the
invoice Bill To for direct Unlikely Pro clients (account = UNLIKELY_PRO,
non-PPDR), flipping stored “Last, First” to “First Last” for display.
Previously it rendered the account title (“Unlikely Professionals”) — the
internal bucket, not the client.
- PPDR-to-UP projects are explicitly excluded via
is_ppdr_up_assigned— they bill the originating JES branch, and the guard prevents an unresolvable originating branch from ever billing the homeowner. - First applied: UPR-9000 (216 Wildman St NE, Leesburg VA) — UPRO-INV-9148 regenerated with Bill To “Val Wood” and re-delivered 2026-07-08.
