2026-08-25: Added modify_sow write tool (entirely-api 7668585) — owner/admin-only SOW adjustments from Friday chat: add / update_qty / remove, one line per call, preview+confirm, comm_log audit, read-back table. ADM/PRD divisions blocked; duplicate product-code lines require sow_line_id; warns on generated certs and as-built/inspected lines. Writes route through supabase_write_service so the migration-026 ABSoW stamp clears stay centralized. Built after Jacob was blocked removing FND-PFTR qty=0 from MAN-9180 (line removed via the new path as live test). Also fixed _get_project_summary to label previews with the real project_id (was falling back to record-id prefix).
