field-schedule-change

Notes

• 2026-10-08 12:22 ET: MAN-9257 (4617 Henderson Rd, Temple Hills) same-day 1:30 PM visit cancelled at Dustin’s ask (asbestos found). Ran the portal cancel endpoint (answer=hold, reason Other) in-container as dustin: visit Cancelled / billing_outcome late_cancel, project on_hold, ADM-LATE $600 line ad407e22662d97344c9ec2a8 (cutoff 10/07 2 PM ET), comm log + audit. Darius told three ways: endpoint’s own field note (ts 1791476578), hand-built NOTICE + 2-stop board re-post (NOTICE ts 1791476637.625599, threads re-minted for MAN-9254/MAN-9256), Telnyx SMS 4031a11c-5422-41ea-9f5e-2129fc061d6f. Existing ADM-RUSH (booking fee) left in place. send_day_of_change does not fit a cancel (REMOVED kind needs a new date); recipe in memory reference_field_board_manual_repost.
