• 2026-09-17 layout update (Dustin, entirely-api ccd6f50): field stop cards are grouped per inspector under a top-level header carrying the inspector’s Slack profile picture (Block Kit context block via users.info, announcer token users:read scope, cached 24h) + @-mention + stop count; card numbers stay global and time-ordered; the 👤 tag sits on its own line under the day header. Day-of change NOTICE now @-mentions the inspector it is for, and the re-post carries the whole day with the changed inspector’s block first (page/SMS and fallback DM still his own stops only). Applies to the 6 AM run and the change re-post alike. Posting as the inspector (icon_url) rejected: needs chat:write.customize and misattributes the post.
