• 2026-10-06 MAN-9251 (433 Port Dr, Lusby MD): second closeout-flag reversal after MAN-9231. Dustin asked to remove the encap system + CrawlSeal flags and the rush request on the invoice. ENC-SYS and ENC-CSEAL post_production set false with the [pp-closeout] marker stripped (human note kept), the auto-added ADM-RUSH SOW line deleted via supabase_write_service.delete_record (no invoice drafted yet; the rush hook only fires on a booking write so it will not return at invoice time), closeout Agent RFI resolved quietly as dustin. visit_fees.resolve_closeout_flags_on_visit deliberately not used (it bills ADM-RTN and posts ops). Run in-container via docker cp + docker exec. Live scope subtotal after: $5,125. Left for Dustin: inspected/as-built on the two ENC lines still unset.
