• 2026-10-09 (Dustin’s ask after MAN-9256): portal editor for PRODUCT_SPEC_REGISTRY specs. services/sow_specs.py resolves each SOW line’s registry specs the way validate_cert_readiness and the cert renderer do (notes JSON, parser aliases, sow_field fallback) and writes through supabase_write_service.update_sow_line, merging into notes JSON (free text kept under “note”, clearing a key drops its aliases). Routes: GET /portal/projects/{id}/sow-specs, PATCH /portal/projects/{id}/sow/{line}/specs (owner/admin, audit sow/spec_edit).
