• 2026-09-07: Candice Yi (candice.yi@jeswork.com, VB Office Manager) upgraded goa_readonly → goa per Dustin, via portal_auth.update_user (branch stays ACCOUNT_JES_VIRGINIA_BEACH). Effective at her next login (role is in the 72h JWT). Flagged: branch-level goa is excluded from the Desk Review Prep worklist (ppdr_staging _VIEW_ROLES + App.tsx gate list goa_readonly, not goa) and from the Open Permits / Post-Production Prep sidebar links, so she loses the VB staged worklist and tracker link she had as read-only; /tracker URL still allows goa read-only. Extending those to branch GOAs would affect Lily/Nicole/Lauren/Kai too — left for Dustin’s call.
