• 2026-09-08 — Three merger-review items ruled early by Dustin and shipped the same day: (1) A/B verdict: Slack DM won. Dustin’s pocket lane is Slack DM only; Telegram webhook route unlikely-api-notify deleted, all 12 Kilroy crons deliver slack-only, notify_ops single-posts (uncapped). (2) needs-digest TRANSITION_CC removed: Dustin no longer CC’d on Mon/Thu branch digests; remains default recipient for unmapped branches; dead Stephaney default removed. (3) Darius Telegram + darius-dm route retired after the first clean per-stop field day; notify(‘darius’) falls back to Kilroy’s field-proposal route (#field); his DM carries no automated sends. Hermes routes now: remittance-cream, ops-notify-slack, field-proposal, ops-mirror. Telegram platform stays connected only as Dustin’s manual back door.
