Test send 08:12 ET delivered. Car line comes from smartcar_vehicle.briefing_line() (mostly-ops 1977a6d) once Dustin links the car with smartcar_auth.py over an SSH tunnel; read-only scopes only, tokens in /data/smartcar/tokens.json. Cloud routine “Pre-drive briefing” (6:43) to be paused by Dustin.
