• 2026-09-07: column-footer photos reconcile onto SUP-COL. Vision had classified MAN-9196’s footer frame as FND-PFTR (the standalone new-construction footing product); the confirm path created a stray FND-PFTR qty=0 PSoW line and the cert read “Pier Footer (0)” beside four columns. Fix: services/field_photo_analyzer.reconcile_product_with_sow folds FND-PFTR / SUP-FTR-* onto SUP-COL whenever SUP-COL is in the SOW (count dropped; column count comes from closeout), prompt now says column footers are part of SUP-COL. Rule: pier footer count = adjustable column count, always (cert_data_service auto-adds SUP-FTR-CIP at col qty). Stray line deleted, draft regenerated.
