• 2026-09-09: Dustin reported 11 IntelliJacks installed (permit/PSoW said 5). SUP-COL line 69b4a0661cc14987b49d9fae as_built_qty set 5 → 11 via update_sow_as_built_by_product (caller office-absow-correction-2026-09-09), marked Inspected, office note appended, SOW_MODIFIED true; write guard allowed with warning (>200% of PSoW). Pier footers are not a separate line: cert_data_service renders SUP-FTR-CIP at the SUP-COL qty, so footers follow to 11 automatically. Cert v5 regenerated (generate_cert_package, Diehl AIA / Anne Arundel Form 210), portal_state cert_version bumped to 5 (sent_version stays 1 from 2026-04-08). NOT resent - awaiting Dustin’s PDF review. Invoice T-BALT-INV-9056 already Paid; SUP invoices per product type so column count does not change it. Pre-existing: Subfloor line shows Pending on the cert because sow_lines.inspected=‘Yes’ rather than ‘Inspected’.
