SOW Verification Workflow (5 steps)

  1. Identify project by address or R-number
  2. Present permitted scope in scannable format
  3. Ask for line-by-line verification
  4. Collect required measurement data per product type
  5. Write back As-Built quantities

Key Rules

  • Products: 54 with measurement units (EA, LF, SF, FT o.c., etc.)
  • Driving log required: Push Pier, Helical Pile, Slab Pier
  • Never modify Permitted Quantity — field tech only updates As-Built data
