pricing-guide-unlikely-bet

Notes

• 2026-10-05 (Dustin): the public pricing guide at unlikely.bet (static /opt/pricing-guide/index.html, Caddy file_server, not under git) now displays “Rates effective September 1, 2026” by Dustin’s request; the actual 2026-09-20 price book and its invoice-date gate in services/invoice_service.py are deliberately unchanged (the rules began 9/20). Display date and rules date differ on purpose. Backup: index.html.bak-2026-10-05-pre-effective-date.
