Scheduler posts the week’s list (Slack branch channel / email / portal paste, one deterministic parser, no LLM) → Slot Advisor proposes tech-centric times across all branches → scheduler accepts → TENTATIVE visit reserves the window, off field → batch documents matched by address via Reparse → Dustin/Jacob approve per row → Scheduled + frozen confirmation in the branch thread. Desk reviews stay on the current wizard. Open rulings in plan section 15 (time-flex semantics, Dustin on the board, client-lane ruling for the Slack lane, cross-branch priority).
